Not really, some people that are really good at MX2 (105+/120 or 88+/100) frequently score higher in MX2 than their other subjects. Trust me, it's common.

yea thats true, Iam way better at MX2 than chemistry and even advanced maths which is confusing. Im good at MX2 (78% trial) and horrible at advanced (51% trial) go figure?

In this years HSC we'll be given the certain ratio that we have to use for the question. So all you need to worry about is being able to sub in the correct values and analyse type questions

we had to do the trial and i was like, i'll keep MX2 based on my trial mark, my teacher was like yea dont drop MX2 your Maths Adv. marks are pretty crap, i honestly dont know myself. if you do MX2 you dont do Adv, as you get a band six equivalent or some crap like that
