i am at the national art school.
its amazing,
if u wanna do painting come here
you only do 4 hours of theory a week. and do 12 hours of ur major a week in second year and and 18 in 3rd year,
and fees r so much cheaper than anywhere else.
this year we were 3100. last year 3000.
i suggest u come here.
its all hands on, and very little theory.
