You'd have to elaborate as to where to get a more fulfilling answer. Many threads have been deleted as of late, for the reason that they are pure spam, spam intentionally posted to antagonise, or contain innappropriate content.

yeh.. approximately 78 posts of mine were lost because of a deleted thread...

Some threads aren't deleted but merged with previous ones that are of the same discussion... and then there are spam threads that deserve to be deleted.

yeh or if a thread moves from a forum where posts count to non school.. your posts might be lost (for example some of the threads in love and relationships)

Yes because those posts no longer exist

If threads are deleted, mods and benefactors can see the reason for deletion, but we can't see the actual thread (well, at least, the benefactors can't)
