Hello Winter Break Chatter Thread (2009)

Posting. Very tired from yesterday's trip to Byron and back down to Lismore via the coast. Woke up at 5am for the 7am coach from Lismore to Byron, then walked 1.5 hours return trip from Byron CBD to lighthouse (yes, we were stupid and severely underestimated the distance), with the return walk being a powerwalk all the way back down to the bus stop. Then a bus from Byron to Lennox Heads (what a waste of time that was--stared at the beach for an hour), bus from Lennox Heads to Ballina, then coach from Ballina to Lismore. Then a powerwalk from Lismore bus station back to the hospital, as it was dark already.

Luckily today is bludge day. My muscles are still ouch

Not long at all considering we went via the coast instead of Bangalow. About an hour and 15 minutes. Then again, could be because there's no traffic at that time of the morning.
