HEY!
I want to compose a a play list on my i-pod for doing exercise and work outs to, but most of the songs on my i-tunes are too mellow. Anyone got any ideas for good, up-beat music to excercise to?

Any crossover thrash; Municipal Waste, Cryptic Slaughter, DRI, Suicidal Tendencies, etc.

haha i'm gonna assume that alltimefiend and spirit crusher's bands aren't quite what you're looking for then (though mint chicks aren't far off i guess)

how about everything on the modular label then?

That iPod + Nike LCD Soundsystem mix '45:33' wins this debate. Close the thread now.
