they r nearly the same, girra is only 3 ranks higher and i think personally penrith pushes you to do better than girra does. i have a feeling they may get even closer in rankings this yr but i dont think theres much of a difference anyways.

When i applied i didnt specify but thats bc the government already know meaning the skls will ask abt u n they’ll know that u go selective but there’s no harm in doing so maybe type a paper on docs saying u do n print it (i dont think u’ll need an official and/or signed paper but if u can convince ur deputy/principal/year advisor its extra strong)

In yr 7 i couldnt apply for yr 8: didnt know abt it
In yr 8 i heard abt it but had no clue what it is
In yr 9 i applied for yr 10 n got into partially selective
In yr 10 i tried applying again but i lack a lot (no competitions, no extra curriculars, no familiarity w the selective test etc.)

for me im kinda grateful ngl that i got into partially selective (even though my skl is 400-something) bc my local/old skl is the third lowest skl in the state (u can check it out) n leaving that is like i escaped an asylum (everything was easy as shit - i was first in everything literally)
i did get into 5 private skls but three of them were so disrespectful to my parents n yk abt the whole ‘first impression’ typa shit
4/5 was so damn expensive: uniform was (skirt, blouse and blazer - these 3 are mandatory) $1300 excluding sports uniform and mind u we are 3 kids so thats triple the price like wtf
5/5: my sister didnt want to move n my parents said i cant move to that skl unless my sister does
so here i am

I don't know about whats in the interview but make sure to keep yourself calm and composed and just be yourself. Don't talk to fast or slow or let the nerves take over you. If you can calmy do the interview you probably will get accepted, as if they offered you a whole interview your probably pretty smart
