yes i think his primary school recommended him for skipping or something. actually he went to my current school. probably graduated at least a decade ago.

also some other guy from my school did his 4u hsc when he was 13 or something? no state rank or anything but he got a band 6.

The hsc is academically, mentally and emotionally demanding.
Someone completing it at 15 should be called "smart" at the very least.

my sister finished hsc when she was 15. Not because she was talented or anything, but because she skipped 3 grades when placed at one school. Long story short.
