UTS?? Dont ask.
Macquarie is just like sydney and uts put together
Clearly, you've forced me to ask.
Now I know UTS has the worst possible campus.. ever.
But surely the area in which I'd like to study is relatively good there?

dead set?

this is like my sole choice [shouldi not be able to be a pilot].
You mean you wanna do the same thing as me?
P.S. My friend is getting pilot lessons atm. He'll get his first license very soon. No, I do not know the technical terms but I'm sure you would. Oh yeah, and he's our age.
Hmmm.. pilots..... Romanticism............... Coleridge..... Oh, the pain.

Hmm. it wasn't really clear. If it's a different major, to me, it's totally different.

Unless he's said it before. In that case, I've only been here a week.

Yeah, on what I've read up, its called The Bachelor of Arts (Media and Communications), Major in Journalism.

I'm not exactly one to know too much about uni courses though.

That's the one I want to do.
But i'm doubting my ability to get a UAI of 98.

Dreaming here, but maybe i'll just skip the entire uni thing and become a freelance photojournalist or something...sigh, degrees, degrees, fucking degrees..

Don't knock something you clearly know little about.
*hugs etc.etc.etc* At last, someone who shares my view that degrees in fine arts DO get you places :D.

Here are my choices for now. The UAI cut-offs are from last year's UAC guide so they're probably different now.

1. B Arts in Communication (Journalism) - 96.30

OR

B Arts (Communication - Journalism) - Bathurst - U+C

2. B Arts in Communication (Writing and Contemporary Cultures) - 94.70
3. B Fine Arts - CoFA - 84.2
4. B Art Theory - CoFA - 86.70
