Can I just get a few opinions,
I know I'm overweight but only by 3 or 4 kilos above the "healthy weight" range. My physical bone structure is actually rather small but I'm about 177cm, my question is what in your opinion is a healthy weight. The BMI range for my height is about 20kg from top to bottom so it doesn't help a lot...

much do you weigh
depends do you want to be healthy or skinny
because with that weight range, you could still be in the healthy range and depending on your body you might look bigger

or in my case not be that big but be on the high side of healthy lol

ok well a healthy weight for your height would be below 70 imo
you would probably be a lot more confident in a bikini if you got to 60 and would look pretty good i assume
