It's not the quantity it's the quality. Israel has been outnumbered many times before, having to fight several larger armies at the same time (Jordan, Egypt, Syria etc.) and still won. And that was before Israel became as strong as it is today. Turkey would absolutely destroy Israel in a war, but that doesn't mean Israel won't go down fighting. The UN IAEA states Israel has roughly 200-400 nuclear weapons, that's enough to destroy Turkey 50 times over. But of course, Turkey do have about 90 B61 NATO allocated nuclear weapons, the majority at Turkeys Incerlik Air Force base. Doesn't help much when your enemy knows where you store most of your nukes, does it? Plus, Israel has the slight upper edge when it comes to the Air Force. Well I said "even Turkey" because in that region, The United States are there, Iran is there, Pakistan is there, India is there, the Chinese are there. I by no means meant to say Turkey wouldn't decimate them, but in the midst of other military powers and Israel's successful military history, Turkey would still easily prevail.

Israel is not the puppet of America? Then when Ron Paul said if he's president, he'll cut all foreign aid to Israel, why did all the Jews start having a cry? Why did Santorum start saying, "Iran is the existential threat to the state of Israel", after Ron Paul said he wouldn't do a thing if Iran got a nuke.

If America had to chose between Israel and Turkey, they would chose Turkey, in a heartbeat.
