yea obv but like i barely know anything for young off. coz i usually focus on the other parts of crimeyou serious it’s in the syllabus. Won’t be young offenders though this year.
fair enough that was my fav section to write essay on last year
i just emailed my teacher asking if its a possibility, he said "It happened 8 years ago - exactly that. Just be prepped incase, but it is unlikely" soo idkive heard people saying its transnational
imagine u just predicted the hsc crime qnnah man if its int, its gonna be crimes against humanity, they haven't done it yet
i should write the exam frimagine u just predicted the hsc crime qn
ok give me an example qnah man if its int, its gonna be crimes against humanity, they haven't done it yet
omg ok so i emailed my teacher and he said "I would say that’s also unlikely but perhaps slightly more likely than an essay solely on transnational crime."nah man if its int, its gonna be crimes against humanity, they haven't done it yet
Our teacher reckons it's gonna be an international crime question. Honestly, I think so as well, judging from the fact the last time it was asked was ages ago and it's becoming pretty relevant again. Thankfully it's pretty easy to answer, just talk abt Cth legislaitons and the ICC. Non-legal, you could just mention Amnesty international or whatever. Crimes against humanity would suck though, you become limited in what you can talk about. You can't mention slavery or anything, and Australia doesn't have many domestic examples of crimes against humanity either.omg ok so i emailed my teacher and he said "I would say that’s also unlikely but perhaps slightly more likely than an essay solely on transnational crime."
