    How to maintain weight?

I overlooked that too. ^ I walk home from school at the same speed, for the saem duration. It burns about 200cals for me and I guess even less for OP. Its equal to a low-fat yoghurt and half a banana. Not much.

    How to maintain weight?

Firstly I said "exercise is irrelevant really". Meaning it does have a place but diet is 10x more important. You could have a cheeseburger than spend 45mins on a treadmill burning the same amount of cals or you can just not eat the burger in the first place.

    How to maintain weight?

The exercise is irrelevant really. It all comes down to how much youre eating. Sure, bread can make you fat. But not if you eat a reasonable amount of it. Work out your daily calorie requirement. -500cals to lose weight. +500cals to gain weight. Eat right on your daily requirement to...

physiotherapy v exercise physiology PLEASE READ!!!

exercise science focuses on improving performance in sport. Physiotherapy looks at rehabilitation, anatomy, human movement. Im looking into both these areas too. Physiotherapy is just a bit harder to get into.

    Whats the size of your...?

fair enough. if you werent physically active when you were brought up then thats something thats hard to change. Half the people who do go to the gym after years and years of doing nothing dont have the intensity to make significant gains anyway.

What should I do at the gym

This is why diet is so important. You can run for 30 minutes or you can just not eat the calories in the first place. IMO calories burned during exercise should just be looked upon as a bonus. The caloric deficit should come from eating less, not exercising more.

    What have you eaten today?

Well im still keto-ing. The real adaptations are supposed to come on after 4 weeks. Im still a way off where I want to be. I think ive got another 6 weeks or so left. Hopefully I can drop 1-2kgs of fat a fortnight, i should be around 8-9%BF at 77kgs (lightweight =[). Then I can clean bulk back...
  18. A

    Whats the size of your...?

You cant not look skinny. Youre probably skinnyfat with no definition. If you can hardly do a pushup then youre weak as piss.. to put it gently.

Women have a worse time than men when it comes to relationships

women would have it just the same if they only talked to guys they were physically attracted to. Its the fault of your own nature that makes it seem harder for you.
