I got detention last year, I was sitting with a couple of friends who were jamming one of those metre rulers under a door and they snapped it in half. I didn't even do anything but apparently I was guilty by association. I'm so glad that particular teacher got a job at another school this year.

My strongest subject is Ancient History. I love it, I find it so interesting and rather easy. My weakest subject is maths. I used to be quite good at maths but I guess at some point I started to fall behind and never quite got back up to my old standard. I've improved a lot this year though.

Lol my sister's doing it, I haven't heard from her yet though. She's coming home tomorrow, she's not keen for 10 hour train ride back.

Not necessarily, it's not what I'd call a 'strategic' move either. The content is so different in 2U and General. If you're capable of 2U, definitely do it and don't base your decisions on other what other people have done. This is your HSC, and if you can get good marks in 2U I see no reason...

I do Earth & Enviro but I'm in Year 11. You're the first person I've found on this website to be doing it other than myself haha

If you want to do Legal Studies, do it. You'll probably find those other subjects also have quite a bit of content so you may as well do the one you really want to do. 14 units is a lot, but if you work hard and manage your time wisely you will be fine. Just do Legal Studies and see how you go...

This is a first, so it's probably a one time thing but it was still a bit disappointing. I set pretty high standards for myself and I really hate feeling like I did well only to get a poor mark. Even the people in my class who do hardly any work did much better than me... I'm going to ask where...

Got the most disappointing mark for my CAFS test today. I haven't gotten a mark so low in years... I'm going to ask my teacher where I went wrong, I was pretty confident and thought I did really well, I always do well in CAFS but my mark seems to say otherwise :/

No. Some of my friends lend their books out to people and they always come back ripped, with food in them, bend pages, ect. I don't understand how you could borrow someone else's book and not make an effort to take care of it, like half of my friends never even got an apology when their books...

Earth and Environmental Science. I never wanted to do it anyway, and I absolutely despised everything else offered on that line.

I haven't seen Fault In Our Stars, most of my friends liked it though. I'll probably watch it with my sister when she finishes reading the book. I just got back from the movies actually, we saw Dawn of the Planet of the Apes and it was awesome, I highly recommend it :D
