don't compare your own work to what is in art express!!! you'll only get down on it all. just go through the process of creation and develop all your ideas and techniques, etc. properly IN YOUR OWN STYLE and you'll create a fine end product. if you don't get in art express, no biggie - clearly...

try general encyclopedias. there are specific art guides for helping with this sort of thing too - perhaps that would be better? try checking in your school library or, if you have a cool teacher, ask them what personal resources they have or know of. you might have to buy something from a book...

some courses allow you to do "electives" at uni, or you could do arts or something. check the course details for the business thing you want to do, it should tell you how many electives you can do.
