i suggest doing your RCG (responsible conduct of gambling) if you're doing this topic. it's a boring 6 hour thing, but you get a lot of good/interesting info on gambling and you can put it on your resume! it costs about $65 at most places.

I did SaC last year and I found, with my PIP, that it was easiest just to locate all infomation on my topic at the start. This allowed me to get a broad view of my topic and to get the best information I could into my PIP. It may be easier to start sorting information under chapter headings...
