I am definetly not one to take books at face value. I saw the 'deeper meanings' and everything, I just honestly didnt think it was THAT great. Anyway, perhaps I just expected too much of it after it was talked up by everyone. Seriously...did that make anyone believe in God?

Me too. Cept mine are brown because my uniform is brown (yuk!) and we can wear brown or black and black looks stupid. My school is pretty strict for a public school, especially in my area.

I have a medium sized backpack (its a gold and black billabong one), and a purple lever arch folder. But on tuesdays and wednesdays I have half days so I just take a handbag. But not one of those teeny weeny handbags that cant even hold a pencil lol.

Yeah, in junior school, we used to do exersises in the front of the book and theory in the back of the book. But now that I use loose leaf paper, I have my folder divided into a section for each topic and have the thoey at the front of each topic. So yeah, no need for maths study notes.

Mine is the third edition too. Apparently there is a fourth edition based on the amended syllabus of 2003 (ish?). Anyway, personally I think Contexts is much, much better. Conquering is ok too though.

I wanted to do ancient history, but it was on the same lines as Bio and Chem. So I was stuck doing Modern. :( I think its horribly boring, but im doing pretty well at it so I guess I don't mind that much.
