UNSW chemistry is 6 contact hour per chemistry subject. You do 4 subjects a year. Pretty tough in terms of the subjects. But if you are interested in it, go for it! www.chem.unsw.edu.au

The raw mark of your paper of the HSC exam will be aligned to an "exam mark" that will be reported to you. This exam mark will be scaled. Generally a HSC mark of 91 (the average of the exam and your assessement mark) will get scaled up.
