No, the aggregate marks don't rise. They take the top 0.0025% students in the states or somewhere around that figure to get 100. So if 400/500 is the top aggregate for a particular year, the top 0.0025 will still get a UAI of 100. UAI is a rank, not a bench mark. That will ALWAYS be people...
