You can do ESL if you have been learning English for less than 5 years. ESL seems to scale better because the quality of the candidates is overall better than the candidates doing English Standard. That is, ESL students generally gets higher marks in ALL their subjects than Standard does.

Of course you can, SpoRTsGaL. They usually count 50% of your UAI and 50% of your uni marks. The cut off for transfer to ANY courses are uaually lower than the Main round cut-off. Apply at UAC at the end of the year :)
