Actually, the ones that get Certificate of Distinction are those who got 30/30 PLUS a prize, that is the ones in the State Library. around 7 of the PIPs get them. I think 29/30 don't get anything. Really. So I have a chance of 90+???

I know what you mean. Maybe the examiners want us to blame our potential crap marks on our written examiniation instead of our PIP.

Everone, what was the highest mark for Society and Culture for 2001 and 2002 HSC. Apparently, the highest in my school is in the 70's. :(

I got mine back today. The only thing different is that one of the page has been folded. I think the examiner did that. :) And also, the other difference is that my blue society and culutre PIP cover has got a stabled mark (two tiny holes) on the top. The rest of the page looks brand new. :(

I went to the State Library to look at those PIPs they had. it all got the certificate of Distinction on them.....

Society and Culture is all over. What do you think you'll get. Raw mark I think i did well in the exam, but there's no certificate on my PIP, which means I did crap on the PIP......So I think I'm going to get 90 (just).:(

hmmm....I relate public knowledge to Macro world and try to approach that way. And I try to approach personal experience with Micro world. I think that's how the examiners want you to answer this question.

I am hoping to do well. But I didn't like the Modernisation question. But it was like one of the question from the Independent Paper. But instead of modernisation, it uses westernisation. I am too tired to type. so I'll stop here.

I think I am strange, everyone seems to run out of time, but I actually got 15 mins left. However, I wrote 5 pages for both the Depth Studies and 4 pages for the Theory and social change. Good luck to everyone who are doing Society and Culture. It is truely a great course but unfortunately...
