Neo I was simply referring to the current situation. If there is a woman who is deserving of the position then she should get it. You can't go "oh we are going to pick a woman this time"... that's all I meant. I think that professions like law still have a very patriarchal structure though...

I think it would be good, but the best applicants should be chosen for the job, they shouldn't be chosen just for tokenism. That being said I am sure there would be some females out there that can take the old boys club on and I am sure that in time we will see a woman rise to the position...
