    well, from those raw marks, if you have a look at this http://community.boredofstudies.org/showthread.php?t=275486 it will kinda help, but unless you have had the exams marked by a very good marker, or an HSC marker you can't tell. Those marks would have aligned to approximately these HSC...

    by simple inspection, the coefficient of x^3 will be (-5)(-3)^3(4C1) you can write a formula for these questions to find out what term will include the x^3 term, yet in this expansion is is obvious that is is the term (-5x)(x^2)(-3)^3(4C1)

    took me a while to think this one through, but i know why not. Within a transformer, the magnetic flux is changing continuously and the current drops. The movement of the magnet in and out required a certain amount of force in and out. The generated current within the wire opposes the change...
