    I am in favour of abortion and I approve of the practical outcome of the case, but personally I find the reasoning in Roe v Wade somewhat tenuous.

    Um, no we do Constitutional law in 2nd year in the form of Public Law. However we do it again (in far more depth and detail) in Federal Constitutional Law, in 4th Year.
