They only differ by about 60c/hr but the money I was paid for induction varied by more than $3/hr from my wage rate. I might make sure I'm being paid the right wage for my age when I start working next week. Thanks anyway Townie.

Hey, does anyone know if induction and training is paid at the same rate as your normal rate of pay? I did 10 hours all up and got paid slightly less than my wage rate. No biggie but just wondering how it works.

Yeah I like Lior but I only have a few of his songs from Autumn Flow. He's much more melodic and less cheesy than James Morrison though. More substance. I'm gonna get James Morrison's album off a friend soon. I haven't heard any recorded songs, only live stuff.

Ricky was a moron for reading lyrics off his hand during that performance. He ended up sounding like he was singing some mumbo jumbo language anyway. Dean looks stupid there but I still prefer him over Ricky.

I voted on it from a link someone sent me but I can barely remember the songs. I think I chose a Thirsty Merc song for Dean (summertime) and Jess had a choice of RnB songs, nothing unusual. Can't remember Damien and Chris's choices...

Lol. Dean seems genuinely modest about all the fuss over his looks, I think. From what I've seen on TV, his responses in interviews etc, he seems to be decent about it. But then it starts to sound robotic. You get the feeling he's not really saying much cos his answers always sound so perfect...

I wish I was moaning about something. I have done no work for 7 or so weeks for 2 of my subjects and I'm acting like I'm on holidays!!! La di da... The panic/freakout/mental breakdown/stress/moaning/bitching tends to kick in a little later for me :(
