if you're doing database stuff .... id say the internet > any book u can buy on VB. I had VB for dummies ... it was ok for yr 11 when i knew nothing ... but eh, alot of the stuff i actually needed help with wasnt in the book ... so i turned to the intarweb. :) (oh yeah i did some stupid...

camps are just like a general orientation to the course and meeting the other poeple i think ... and im pretty sure atm the only faculty's that have camps are engineering, law and IT.

is it like 'competitive' for times ... as in if i make a rough version now and organise work around it will there be a big chance that it will all change around when i get the final one
