But the people that come here generally care about how we go so generally we get much better marks then the average.

Well if you don't like Prelim/HSC economics what makes you think you'll enjoy doing it at university?? And no, as far as I know you learn very little about the stock market. All you learn is that share prices are set by market forces (demand&supply)
