If you decide to do it through the UWS RET, you should get notification in the mail from them on what to do. However if you want to go on one of the other sessions(most pharmacy students do this) then go here for more info.

You get scored on each test out of 200 - as you only need to take the multiple choice component the 200 is out of that area only, whereas someone who took both components would get an averaged score (IIRC)

The scaling changes each year in regards to the current cohort not the previous, so an inability to choose to generate an estimate for 2003 as opposed to 2005 is rather irrelevant to the base purpose of SAM - which is to generate an estimate based on previous year's trends and it still does so...

I know that there are ones for Crime Fic by Five Senses Publishing, as well as for Revenge, RFTG and I&S. However, its not a real good idea to rely on study guides for this subject as it is meant to be more individual and academic. So its probably better to make your own study guide.
