Ext. Eng - drop it, or not?

To be honest, it sounds like you have already made up your mind on which choice to take, to drop it. Though I usually encourage people to maintain their extension subjects for as long as possible, I also think if you hate it from the get go then there isn't much hope for doing well and mayhap it...

    Emergency,please help!

Try Open Universities Australia, they accept 06 applications till february and they don't judge based on UAI, it is correspondence based though. You might also be able to still apply for non-award at MQ, UWS and UTS too. There are the INSEARCH, SIBT, WUC, SWIC, UniAccess etc. colleges as well...

    Surveying/Spatial Information

It means that it is the enrollment/information day where you come in and gain extra info about what you are applying for and then apply for it. For some courses there will be an interview or a placement test or a portfolio required. You shouldn't worry too much about interviews or placement...

    stat test

I don't think you should really worry too much about the STAT, just read over the booklets they send you and and you should be fine - its not something you can really prepare for anyways. The comprehension components are relatively simple in the STAT, they give you all of the information on...

    err HELP?!

Firstly there are two kinds of course entry at TAFE - direct enrollment, and course application. The deadline for course requiring an application are long gone( for those courses look here), however if you still want to get into an application course then call the campus at which you desire to...

    Diploma's, Cert 3? HELP ME!

No uni in the country accepts a Certificate 3 as a basis for entry or credit toward course, however a Diploma is accepted at just about every uni and will give around a years worth of credit toward future uni study in the same field. So if you are looking towards doing a business or accounting...

    Tafe enrolment? huh?

It would mean they may not have recieved enough applications at certain campuses and there may be vacancies available that you may fill after that date and to call at that date to confirm for any vacancies. If there are vacancies you would enroll directly with the campus so no application is...

    Eas/uws

Considering UTS works off of allocation and law is such a popular course, then I'd suspect regardless of the intensity of your problems you would be fairly lucky to get 1 point.

    5 Extra UAI points

No. You will never get a higher UAI from misadventure or EAS. EAS is completely separate from the Board of Studies and while misadventure forms can be used as evidence for the EAS application it otherwise has little to do with EAS. If you have an issue that has affected you during years 11...

    Eas/uws

Yup, and it should be noted from the UTS site that only certain faculties bestow up to ten, for most courses its up to seven.(at UTS)

    Tafe enrolment? huh?

HECS has nothing to do with TAFE, however the TAFE fees are less than what any person would pay in HECS fees. Applying or enrolling is usually the only thing required - its basically a first in first served sort of thing, however there are courses that may rely on portfolios and interviews...

    Eas/uws

Nope - unis use two methods, allocation and bonus points. Allocation varies on the popularity of the course while bonus points are pretty much just added in. UWS uses the bonus point method, which means you get as many bonus points for a BHospitality as a BLaw.

My Guide to HSC at TAFE.

I think TPC and HSC are both valid options and it is imprecise to promote one as being superior over the other or easier when they are most certainly not - TPC is not regarded as higher by universities, it is regarded as equivalent to. It is also a Certificate 4 and thus according to the TAFE...

    Tafe Hours of Attenance etc.....

It will likely vary from semester to semester depending on what electives you choose - but from the sound of it, you'd be doing 5 or 6 hours a day on the days you had class. There might also be the option of night classes too so its best to sort these specific details out with your co-ordinator.
