I think they are a pretty good combination of subjects as it allows you the option of choosing extension 2 for your hsc if you wish, and it covers the recommended studies of most university courses.

I think you should keep Extension 1, simply because with practice and the extra time you will get if you drop Extension 2, you should be able to improve your marks between now and then. But only drop Extension 2 if you are absolutely sure, you will have too hard a time if you change your mind...

I'd probably look at all the past questions on this site and stuff, and make some brief answers to them and so that you don't suddenly lose your train of thought and forget what you want to say while being interviewed, which could happen if you get overly nervous. Goodluck with your viva:)
