Cadetship people take off leave for your study and exams.
My friends who work in firms like this told me they get about 5 weeks off for the whole year- for study
so thats about 2.5 weeks each semester
Ours doesn't allow alcohol
but people bought it anyway :p
law students love to drink :D
we also had dancing, talent quest thing, going to the beach, activities, a careers thing, lecturers talked a little, food etc

everyone said "omg i thought it was gonna be full of nerds" but we were all wrong.
Law is full of hot people who are smart and damn do they love to drink
people even bought alcohol to law camp haha even though you weren't meant to.
Law camp was the best :)

It is IT isn't it... of course it will be full of nerds ;)
and they make your camp compulsory. All those people who never go out have to go. haha
Law camp on the other hand is only recommended, but its awesome!

Depends on what type of person you are and how you can handle it
ive got quite a few friends that do that
including an x of mine
Some can balance it really well
for others it takes up most of their times
Bad thing about working fulltime is that you mainly have to go to night classes...
IPT is the best subject
You can learn it all yourself basically
because generally people don't learn anything in class, unless you've got a good teacher
I found Heinemann complemented with Macquarie and Excel good
I also had this awesome study guide written by a past band 6 student "Robbie Taylor Legal Studies Study Guide"
Its rare to find though.
But I suggest Heinemann
I looked at Longman occasionally also.
