^Fair enough. But I do suggest to not think about it too much, and just have patience. You will know when you have your marks and you have a better estimation of what you should be prepared for the next day when ATARs come out.
I actually did mine on Che Guevara, and got a really good mark for it. :) I am not sure if it is overdone to be honest, but my question that I made up was:
Is Ernesto ‘’Che’’ Guevara’s legacy one of a true revolutionary or a meaningless popular icon? Evaluate how this has changed over time and...
ACA is the definition of ignorance. First off, the same stories are repeated, whether it be the feuding neighbours, the ''magic pill'' that can help you lose weight without doing exercise, the migrants/ asians/ Muslims etc taking over Australia! - and so and so on. The same with Today Tonight...
Are peoples ATAR estimations often correct? Just wondering. I think that the OP just wait till they get their results instead of making all these guesses?
My yearly report was 4/23 and my trial was 15/23 LOL, didn't have time to do enough of Gatsby and that pulled me down, but my class is very strong in English. So this rank now is normal as they included the trial, thus 7/23?
I did an assessment on it, if you want to look at some of my work? However, i was just looking for what mark I got and sadly I cannot find the mark, however I know that I did lack detail in some areas.
Do not take my information (if you want it) as the best source, but take it with a grain of...
Maybe you could take inspiration from the 2012 Extension History question on academic Vs Popular history? I remember when I was thinking of topics, I was thinking of popular history such as the British television series ''Horrible Histories'' however there were no debates surrounding the show...
Hi :)
In my reports I was comign 4th/23 in my English Adv class, but then online it says 7/23. My trials marks were lower than what I usually get, so does that mean that the trials pulled me down? (because i was getting over 90 until trials) Just want to make sure that is normal.
Btw if...
Thanks! I just find it hypocritical when people of no religious affiliation say things about my faith that are very offensive, and take pride/arrogance in their beliefs, when I haven't said anything offensive to them or forced my beliefs to them. Hopefully we can all just treat each other nicely.
Re: HSC assessment ranks
I received my ranks, and I am pretty okay with them. However, my cohort is very small, so my classes are even smaller. Does that make a difference at all? (For instance, I am 7/10 in Modern History, but my marks are low 80's.) ANd I also have a History Ext class of 3 (I...
Re: Extension history
Yes I agree. But there are many topics that could be done that have many sources that people rarely look at. At the end of the day, it is up to the OP anyway.
I believe in God (though lately been having doubts at times) but I am more affiliated with religion than not. However, I am not a person that feels I should force my beliefs upon others, and I still respect people who have other beliefs, unless they continue to criticize me/my beliefs/ make fun...
Re: Extension history
Just a pointer, Holocaust Denial has been done many times, so I would suggest trying for something a bit unique.
However, if you feel you want to do this, it is up to you, as long as you write it well.
Ah okay, so maybe high 80's is the average guess? But I guess we will know once all the marks are with us.
And I really liked the religion and peace essay too! And I was glad they only asked for one religion. ^__^
Haha that's cool! Okay so 90 is your guess, I think I could get over that. I have been getting 95 plus all year but I know I cannot base my assessments/trial on this, because who knows, maybe (hopefully not) I may get lower than expected. How do you think you went?
