Does anyone think there will be much ethical/legal aspects to the exam?
Cos thats the part that really stumps me- especially for ER, theres just so many points and argh- its like similar for each topic but different...
I usually get 18 for multiple choice and usually bomb out in short answer and get 18 in long answer qs
except in trial i did the best at short answer (37.5/40) and booombed long answer! WTF? Now im soo confused after that haha

I know all the syllabus points now- its just all those bloody words that go in...
I only started studying for this 2 days ago so today im just fixing up everything i know, memorising the points etc.
My teacher wants me to get band 6 but i dont think i will anymore...left it a bit late :P
Probably download the syllabus and learn all the concepts on the left hand side of the page- fleshing out those concepts with details from your notes

Yeah you are eligible for a UAI if you do the HSC exam, I have no idea how though because how does a "pass" count towards the UAI? 100%? No teacher could actually tell me...thats probably the worst thing...the tafe teachers know nothing about how the HSC works and so you dont really get prepared..

The question is referring to a criminal justice issue you should have chosen to study in class e.g. mandatory sentencing, juvenile justice.
You just have to evaluate the legal mesaures used in relation e.g. new legislation- say its strengths weaknesses and possibly give recommendations.
I think its just easy.
Im a bit worried about this too- Ive never been given marks for anything in class, we didn't get trial marks....so im not too sure how I'll go
Why don't you try doing a past test and see how you find it? We did them in class and my main problem was I had no idea what...
Does anyone use this textbook, if so, is it any good? Its the only one I could find for this topic, and i really need some kind of text book which gives me a better outline of the content than the notes I already have.

I voted no, only because some people are really bad at it and it will drag down their UAI. Some people who do like 4U maths aiming really high can be quite bad at English at it just drags people down unneccesarily
Although, even if it wasn't compulsory I think i would still do it.
