Don't know if they has been asked before (apologise if it has) but do you guys personally think the UAI for UWS courses will go up lots this year? (as in for 2006?) Thanks.

I am so confused of what to put down too. Especially that I know NO idea how much the UAI will rise this year. So I don't want to put down all these preferences thinking I will get in at least one and not get into any. :S

I was chatting with a UWS person from the student recruitment centre and he told me that 120 subjects from UWS went down last year and they will all go back up this year, well that's what he reckons. I really hope they wouldn't jump too much....sniff sniff I need to get in!

Is this true for every uni? I thought some just look at say your uni results, your UAI, your STAT and take the highest one. So if your highest ranking is your UAI they just use that without weighting it down. Or do they all get weight down? *worried*

Thanks there. I am now trying to tell myself, it's useless that if I start stressing out already when I just can't change anything and why not just enjoy half a year of work experience and hope for the best. :) That's all I can do now I guess. But you people are so kind and supportive. So...

Because Industrial design is crap. No seriously it is just so different to what I thought it would be, the when I was younger I always wanted to do Psychology or something. But then for HSC I chose the more 'technical' subjects and everyone's like "You will like it" "Suits what you did for...

I have taken the 'leave' and now decided to find a job. The THING I am worrying about now is won't get into B of Arts next year if the UAI goes up and my UAI scales down because I am not a recent school leaver. :( Should I do STAT? Sorry people...just so depress lately...because getting...

That's what I am doing guys. Thanks a lot. But it seems like the UAI is rising so much. Bachelor of Arts from 66 in 2003 jumped to 74 in 2004 and jumped to 74.xx in 2005.. I have little to spare! *cries* I will be dead if I can't get in!!!!! sniff sniff
