For me, breaking down paragraphs into sentences and writing them out whilst saying it 4-5 times usually does it for me, at the end of every few sentences i go through all of them again to make sure i remember it. This does take a while but it really helps me remember it.

yeah so 14 units in year 11 honestly won't be too bad, although in year 12 you'll probably end up dropping a subject

Yeah i think it's based solely of the individual, there are pros and cons for both, however personally i prefer writing as i can draw diagrams, it helps me increase my writing speed and also helps me remember it

I agree with Frost guard, i have a few friends who do VA and they spend all their time doing their major project (every lunch time for 2 terms) , if you're already demotivated i think the major work will more trouble than it already seems to be

Yeah like some of yr 11 chemistry is rubbish and you will never use ( like iron age ? ) but balancing equations, moles, inter/ intra molecular forces are very important in understanding large portions of yr 12.

I agree, any combination of subjects will be able to get any atar, if you are interested in these subjects and are good at them you should choose them
