I just did mine today. Two out of three pieces went perfectly. The last, I feel, was a little rushed. For some reason, I did not settle down towards the end, but seemed to cumulatively build up adrenalin after each piece. I must have looked like I suffered from Parkinsons by the end... But...

To Sparks: I've been speaking to a lady who wrote the current syllabus and she maintains that you can still get 100% even if you use music. Memorisation is not at all essential, and is preferable if you think you might make some silly mistakes due to your memory faulting... well thats the idea...

Agreed! Au Lac de Wallenstadt is beautiful and I believe its AMus. Not hard, I didnt think. Also! Au Bord d'une Source (by the way, these are both from the first year) is an LMus (if youre ready to tackle it). Its much more fun to play. And just a little bit impressive, too. Good luck with it all.
