Thats not how much students sat the exam, its how much exams were done all together. SO in your school, 600 exams were sat. Say each person sits 6 exams, therefore there are 100 people in you're school that did the HSC exams, multiplied by the number of per person will give the total exams sat

like iambored said, the correct way that it should be ranked is using the %, because this makes it fair, because schools with 1000 exams sat obviously will have more DA then one with 300

Well i was sort of in a similar situation. I came first in prelim and then first test of hsc i got 52%, which set me back heaps. I managed to work it out over christmas holidays and got 82% in my next test and now i just got 87% in half yearly. So its possible to get better

What about if you put very tiny quotations marks that are hard to see. In that way, you are quoting the whole text, and therefore aren't plagiarising. If they say there were no quotations, just bring a magnifying glass
