ESL has similar scaling to visual arts and SDD in case you were interested. If you were deciding to do ESL or standard english... I would def chose ESL (I don't know what kind of restrictions there are on doing it though).

At the moment I get around 85 for you... Taylor's College is not in the top 200 as far as I can tell. Interestingly ESL is not scaled as bad as you think... its actually scaled much better than standard english. Probably because of this reason- students who perform very well more analytical...
