Assuming you'd want the engineering degree as the 'primary' degree, and the other as something of a bonus, I'd go with something you'd enjoy studying. I wouldn't go for management though, as you don't tend to see uni graduates of a 'management/hr' degree gaining entry into manager positions...

I've heard rumours that teachers were going out with former students at my old highschool. Bear in mind though that the teacher was a pdhpe teacher and he was quite young. (20s) so it doesn't seem that bad. It is illegal though if they're still in their care. Fiduciary duty.

first year students don't really know what they want. i don't have a problem dating anytime either. it's the question of whether it was worth dating or not.. but then again, hindsight is 20/20 so yeah, it's what you want from the relationship, and what you consider 'worth it'

oh i should probably mention. it really depends what you want to get out of the relationship. if it's long-term then probably 2nd/3rd year of uni is best. if you're after something else, then it doesn't apply
