    i warmed up with 40kg, then 60kg, then 80kg (like 8-5 reps each, cant remember exactly, only purpose to warm myself up, but i had done 1km on the bike beforehand, so this was sortof a mental warmup too).

    ipod touch plastic screen protectors that go right up to the edge so that when u put on a case, the corners of the plastic screen protector get folded up the slightest, which causes air to seep through and makes a bubble at the corner.

    i found it quite difficult (combination of no past experience and no enjoyment of coding) and i was lucky to have smart group members for my last assignment, lol. seriously if you've never programmed before with anything whatsoever, dont even consider 1917.

    deadlifts dont make up for a lack of squats. if you dont like it then you obviously dont know how to do it properly. it's definitely worth your time to learn how to do it properly. there's no workout that i dont enjoy (even deadlifts, as hard as they may be, even though they destroy my hands...
