Today I achieved my personal best squat :) Warmed up with 10reps at 40kg, then another 10 at 60kg, then did 8 reps of 80kg, then 8reps of 90kg, then finished with 5 rps of 90kg (couldn't do morE). @ 65kg bw. :):):):):):):):):)
