    for 1) i would say C but not 100% sure, my reasoning is the hydrolisis of sucrose etc. is done within a particular order such as (not correct just example to be more clear) galactose --> maltose + lactose --> Carbon, Hydrogen ande Oxgen components, in this process the galactose has to be broken...

    ambidextrous, i can write with both hands that is readable (although my hand writing is extremely crap :P)

    ah see i was speaking from a person who got stuck with Gender and langauge or whatever it was called, easy topic, lousy teacher, but very hard to to talk biasly in the essays. Textual sounded alot better and more interesting :P
