For any HSIE or English subject perferably, type out notes throughout the year and retain the info by writing them out 2-3 times before an exam or in-class assessment. This helps memory retention and your notes will still be online! :)

If somebody gets 90+ in the HSC overall for a subject, that would be a band 6. But what about someone who gets 85 in Maths Extension 2, for example. Wouldn't that scale up to a Band 6?

I'm a person who just started to hate Geography ever since I had to finish dozens of pages of homework!!! So I am going to ask my curriculum coordinator to change to Business Studies... but the thing is, if I switch to Business, can I catch up if I miss 6 periods? (One period = 1 hour in my school)

School Certificate marks DO NOT reflect the HSC marks! Some of my friends did horribly in their School Certificate, and still managed to become high achievers in their subjects and HSC overall, getting 95+ ATAR with ease!
