I really do not feel comfortable using first person in essays. I would rather say, "From a 21st century student's viewpoint, it is clearly evident that these speeches transcend contextual constraints through thier rhetorical treatment of human aspirations and beliefs.." etc...

Well, I receieved 18.5/20 (2 markers marked it).. I really want a 20/20 for Mod A as I loved Frankenstein!! Not sure if that hindered my essay. How many did you do? My teacher's recommendation was "Fix up the paragraph on nature..." - quite unclear as to what I should edit.

First of all, do not take these types of questions literally! They do not require a "YES" or "NO" answer. Write like you would normally write an essay, but answer the question through references and judiciously choosen textual details and techniques.
