    A day in Uni

Re: 回复: A day in Uni Uni movies faster than the HSC courses, for example what you cover in legal studies is generally covered in the first month of law. You get one class on a topic generally and thats it. You are expected to learn on your own and a responsible for yourself, no reminding that...

    2nd Degree

I'd just check because I'm not sure how counting one subject for two degrees works unless its in a double degree program. As others have said check with SES and any academic advisors that your program has as some schools have different rules and you want to know that what you will do will count...

    Would you...

^ probably not mature enough to have sex. First of all you are supposed to wait till your body settles down on the pill before you have sex, two whats the difference between a bit of blood from menstration as opposed to the first sexy-time bleeding and are they just throwing used condoms on the...

    Would you...

Well it would depend on how willing each party is depending on the heaviness, I presume most people, like myself have discussed this with their partner and found the line. Most probably don't do it when its uber heavy. If you are in a mature relationship, its not a big deal particuarly if you...

17, pregnant, yr 12 next year.. what do i do?

Nothing to do with the rest of your post but why are HSC students so egocentric, this site is called BOREDOFSTUDIES, not BOREDOFHSC, its for anyone who is STUDYING whether that be high school, uni, tafe etc...plus there are NON-SCHOOL areas. We have every right to be here as much as you, if not...

17, pregnant, yr 12 next year.. what do i do?

Look, I don't think its the best idea but it sounds like the OP will end up doing what she wants anyway. I am providing an option not advocating any particular one.

17, pregnant, yr 12 next year.. what do i do?

You could apply to do something like pathways or get special consideration I presume for your HSC and then if you can get some help (that is if you decide to keep and not adopt out the baby) study part time while working/looking after the kid. Uni is flexible and there should be lots of options...

    healthy alcohol

Most fruit juice has as much sugar as soft drink. Keep in mind, it takes quite a few oranges to make a glass of juice.

    Would you...

It really depends in what stage of your period...like I wouldn't do it when its heavy...but at the very end when its the odd bit of spotting its not so bad. Most chicks I know get hornier during their period...and I know guys that are both up for it and not

    Legal Officer

I don't know of any law students on here that are. Do they do an info night or something like visits, you might be able to meet such students at somethign like that

    Transfer into law

Thats what I meant - i.e. MQ law is on par with UTS and above UWS. The main reasons I left were travel and the standard of students, otherwise generally the teaching quality was great and it really has a fresh practical focus with elements of philosophy as well (unlike MQs stuffy 100%...

    Transfer into law

I know I wish I didn't transfer most days, becides the more active law soc and mooting comps its really crap. Most law academics and units are crap and the elective choice is appauling, people bag on UWS but MQ is an example of how rep means nothing.

    Operation recovery time?

You can go on schoolies and not drink... Besides having a sore mouth on schoolies will be better than my experience of going with a broken wrist, I was lucky and didn't need a general but I went to schoolies after breaking my arm like two or three days earlier.

    Operation recovery time?

The op itself will only take a day to recover from (the numbness of your face and gums, the tired feeling from the anesthetic etc) You wont be able to eat properly for a few days (i.e. solid foods). You should be ok to go, just take some painkillers, soft foods and salt to add to water to...

    the pill

I have just been prescribed some antibotics - I know my pill wont be effective while I am taking them and for a while after but can anyone tell me how much breakthrough bleeding to expect...will it be more like spotting or a full on period?
