    They are not binding but can be persuasive as would be precedents from other common-law jurisdictions, and courts at the same level, this means they can follow them if they choose but they dont have to.

    Electives & 100/200/300... levels

    ^ :uhhuh: thats more what I meant but it didn't come across that way. Although often the prereqs are set so generally you will do a 300 level in 3rd year etc and 400/500 level are interchangeable, at least for law.
