    hi, i read this at the LSS at monash uni and am not sure it is right or not regarding honors btw, at monash 60-69 = Cred 70-79 = Dis 80+ = HD Honors H1 = 75+.....top 5% H1B = 71-74....next 10% H2B = 69-70....next 10% H3 = 67-68....next 10% so to get honors u need to be in top 35%...

    hmm i found this info which might be interesting: this is for monash uni HD 5-10% of cohort (HD =80+) D next 10-20% of cohort (D=70-79) C next 25-30% of cohor (C = 60-69) and also, do they mark u harder in the assessments than in the exams in law? so to get a decent D (75)...

    i agree completely with existentialist. the location of monash/melb and ENTER scores from those who live near by is indeed a good point and one which i didnt think of before. in the end it is your marks/work exp that will hold u in good stead for the law firm jobs far more so than the uni u went to.
