I picked up French and Italian fast...it also helps if you do similar ones like French and Italian the grammar rules and vocab are pretty much the same as well as syntax and structure :uhhuh:

both mine were great, year 12 one studied law so even better. Both had experience with mock trial teams and teaching legal for years so all was good :) I'll help anytime...just chuck me a PM

Just so you guys know, I know of two 98ers doing UWS, I also met a 95er on Tuesday and I didnt get ask the others. I'm not taking sides but you guys should stop fighting...they threadmaker has made his decision.

I have three preferences that go 90, 90, 65 and my uai was 94, so sometimes you only need a few preferences :) Some people only have one as their UAI is certain to get them a place.

My classes were 3 for French, 7 for IPT and 10 for Italian, the only problem was my school cut back our periods but most schools wont, so it shouldnt affect you much, as you will be able to get more time with the teacher and u guys will learn things faster :)

Is there aircon at UWS, my skool had no aircon except the library. On the 45er I stayed inside (ducted aircon booyeah) but I couldnt go for a swim in the pool coz it was so hot outside i would have been burnt to a crisp!

I agree! Also I find the often I make notes but then don't get to read them, yet the act of making them is usually enough for things to stick in my memory...reading notes rarely works for me, especially if I havent written them.
