Yeah, that's his story... We had no one drop out at my school, but that's not really surprising. Our drop-out rate would be extremely low, I'd imagine. And yeah, that's why the government is going crazy. Because not many students are leaving after Year 10 for apprenticeships anymore. Ahahahahaha.

Normally I would completely agree with the hindsight point, but not in response to this question. Since it was, "Why DID you bludge?" then the answer is obviously going to be something you felt during Year 10.

They don't really ban IPs here. Not unless it's really serious, I'd imagine. Pretty much everyone who gets banned here creates another account until the original's ban is removed (which it almost always is). Swimming carnival today. My arms got sunburnt. :(
