I finally got around to watching Interstellar. I don't have the time to post up a proper review but Objective: 8/10 Subjective: 9/10

I initially stayed due to non-school and the existence of BoS meets. I'm still around today for the same reasons along with my ability to make a sustained and substantial contribution to the community.

Pretty much this. We're open to any user applying for the mod team. If they don't want to be a moderator, they can remain a user and still contribute to the site that way. There isn't really a need for separate ranks/usergroups.

My suggestion is to also never do this when you're in a new environment. Gain as much experience as possible with what you're given.

Don't worry about doing it "correctly" at first. Learn through experience is my suggestion. Just open by walking up to them and saying "Hey, my name is x" and do what feels natural from there. You'll eventually get the hang of it after a couple times and it'll become easy. You've had...
