Duh! Do you honestly think I am that stupid :rolleyes: What do you DO in negotiation???

You see I have to neglect my legal studies today as tomorrow I am "journeying" to the AOS trial...legal is on tuesday...looks like I'll be cramming the course in less than a day!

I don't see a problem with passion and determination, I prefer people to be dedicated to their chosen career, i'd much prefer to be competing for a place in law with those who really want to do it, but he like many others on bos can be really nice and other times drive me mad

lucky I dont mind reading... I think I went to some Law outreach program last yr @ UNSW and they scared the life out of me telling me about the amount of reading...we even did a "mock class" it was contracts ZZZzzzZZZ...

I did advanced and thus was forced to do 2u bcoz my skool puts only one option besides maths in that line so u have to do one or the other in year 11...you could not pay me to take on 3u - that meant extra classes... I counted down the days from the beginning till the day I could drop it...

And it is???

I applied at the begining of July, did the test a week later and only late last week did they start reference checking...they are sooo slowww

What do you do for "negotiation"? So you don't get to examine witnesses until 5th year :eek: damn!so I can't say failure to comply with the rule in brown and dunn or objection hearsay or nothing grrrrr
